I could not sing a note,
I could not sing a note if my heart was not in it
I could not hum a tune,
I could not hum a tune if my heart was not in it
I was walking along, singing my song until you came along, whispered in my ear
And the clouds they parted the room, light flickered through the trees, and you appeared
Now everybody’s got a rise in your fall down and I’ll stand and watch as you forget
Every word, every triggered upset is holding you near, keepin you here
Won’t you believe me love was a cold note on your song
Lest you leave me I’ll hate you long after you’ve gone, after you’ve gone
And longing is only with you, and I’ll haze you, praise you, fore I lay you down
Lay you down. Lay you down
Lay you out
Lay you down
‘fore I lay you out
It happened yesterday, yesterday, yesterday
It happened on my way on my way down
My love was all allay, only
It waiting for you for you
For you

Your music is utterly intoxicating. A lush cauldron of the ancient and modern. Mad Tom of Bedlam I love- it spins magic. It dapples light and shade with a deftness of touch. A stunningly beautiful album. Thank You. joshua321

Absolutely beautiful. Please release more straight up acoustic material. Love the albums too, but after catching you guys at that weird magazine gig in Sheffield (Dec '18 - the one with the noisy bar c#*ts) it was apparent just how magical Ríoghnach's voice is. Not often singers sound better in real life than in the recorded stuff - spine tingling voice, plus Stuart's incredible guitar style. Bez23
