Hold me like back in the day
Keeping me close, knowing my ways
Born in a cell of fear and hate
And the last time that we felt safe
Surrounded by screens, roaring clicks, and signs
By these machines, Peddling their lies
Keeping me cold, Keeping me afraid
Telling me what to wear, How to Behave
And I Don't know how to work it
I Don't know how to work it yet
Don't spout that shit from the right cos I am from the left
Stealing our honesty, Poisoning our health
Selling out my childhood years for what I believe
I’ve given up my motherhood for who I want to be
And I don't know how to work it
I don't know how to work it yet
I don’t know how to work it
But I don’t think they don't want me to know
Your music is utterly intoxicating. A lush cauldron of the ancient and modern. Mad Tom of Bedlam I love- it spins magic. It dapples light and shade with a deftness of touch. A stunningly beautiful album. Thank You. joshua321
Ben Wheeler uses an East German synthesizer and a Soviet flanger to create hauntingly weird yet bright and open electronic soundscapes. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 10, 2022
Absolutely beautiful. Please release more straight up acoustic material. Love the albums too, but after catching you guys at that weird magazine gig in Sheffield (Dec '18 - the one with the noisy bar c#*ts) it was apparent just how magical Ríoghnach's voice is. Not often singers sound better in real life than in the recorded stuff - spine tingling voice, plus Stuart's incredible guitar style. Bez23
